Privacy Policy
Catnip Adventures respects the privacy of all who visit the web site. Catnip Adventures will keep and store your personal information securely and only for the web site's use. Catnip Adventures, hereafter referred to as "the site", will only use personal information to contact an indivdual, group or organiztion, regarding submissions provided by said entities or to inform them of changes made to the site before the general population is made aware. The site, will at no time release or sell personal information to third party individuals, groups, or organizations, without the express written permission, either by paper letter or email, of said entities.** In the event of a security breach, the site will make evey attempt to contact all individuals, groups, and organizations involved of said security breach for said entities to take appropriate action to protect their identity. In the event of a security breach, the site will contact the appropriate authorities for immediate action.
**Catnip Adventures abides by the laws of the United States of America, as well as the laws in the state of Texas. Personal Information of indivuals, groups, or organizations will only be released to law enforcement agencies with the proper warrants. There will be no exception to this policy.
Any attempt of third parties to circumvent the privacy policy of the site without permission or due process, will result in legal action being pursued.
Any user violating the privacy policy will face legal action, including arrest.
You, the user, do grant Catnip Adventures the right to post your contact information in "Catnip's Kennel" when submitting Lost Pet, Breed Rescue, Pet Adoption, or Shelter Adoption photographs to be posted on those pages.
Catnip Adventures respects the privacy of the individual and will not accept any violation of that right. Catnip Adventures will do everything it can legally to protect that right. However, it is incumbent upon the indivual to use caution when providing personal information on web sites. Please use caution.
Terms of Use.
1. The site is free to all who wish to view the pages. In order to keep the site free, please be respectful of others' rights under the law.
2. The site accepts ideas, photos, videos, drawings, etc. Content must reflect the site's intentions. Follow directions on the site's page for submissions.
3. All submissions are owned by the indivual, group, or organization that provided them. Please respect their rights, by making no attempts to copy, or sell their property.
4.All site blogs- photo blogs, video blogs, and text blogs, in The Catnip Garden as well as The Weekly Cartoon are the property of Catnip Adventures and it's creator Patricia J. Dillingham. Distribution of afore mentioned material by third parties in any form, copied, electronic, digital, etc. will be dealt with according to state and federal laws.
5. The site is viewed by all ages. The site reserves the right to refuse any media of a political, vulgar, or profane nature. The site also reserves the right to refuse media that does not reflect the intentions of this site.
6. Any submissions of a suggestive or pornagraphic nature will not be accepted. If the subject appears to be underage, the appropriate authorites will be notified immediately.
7. The copying of any written material, photographs, videos, etc. is prohibited under copy right laws. Appropriate legal action will be taken in the event of any illegal activity.
8. Any attempt to change or alter the site, by outside third parties, without permission will not be tolerated. Appropriate legal action will be taken.
